From assembling a team to creating workflows, planning workspaces, and launching a multi-million-dollar idea, it was an extensive and rewarding process.

Branding an experimentation platform meant creating an identity for a space dedicated to innovation in media. We developed the event, the space, the project, and a new way of thinking. This included building the platform’s brand and defining its unique approach.

Rebranding the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) was a unique challenge, transforming a deeply entrenched government agency’s outdated identity and improving communication, credibility, and cohesion across both internal and external stakeholders.
