I played a leading role in the development of this ground-breaking new insurance product launched by MFRF. This innovative offering allows consumers to select and “stack” their insurance, product by product, creating a fully customisable experience.
From the very beginning, I conceptualised and designed the user journey and website, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for customers. I also led the development of video content to support the project, making the offering more accessible and engaging.
The result was a user-friendly website that enables users to sign up, register, and receive a quote within seconds. Claims and communications are handled efficiently via WhatsApp and email, giving clients direct access to their policies and ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, I managed the brand’s social media presence, crafting clever and strategic posts that redefined traditional insurance messaging—just like the product itself.
